Looking to Advertise an Event or Service?
NASW-CO offers several forms of paid advertising. All proposed
advertisements must be approved by Chapter staff and NASW-CO reserves the
right to refuse advertisements that do not align with the NASW Code of
Ethics.
All paid advertisements will be labeled as such.

Paid Advertising Options
Email Ad to Chapter Members
Email ads reach about 1,500 NASW members, all of whom are social workers in Colorado. These ads can be sent on most days (assuming NASW does not have other pre-scheduled emails) and we will do our best to send ads on a preferred day, if requested.
Email Ad Types and Cost:
Standard Email Format - $150 per email ($75 for NASW members and Approved CE Providers) - Our standard format is a single image at the top of the email, followed by text.
Custom Email Format - $250 per email ($100 for NASW members and Approved CE Providers) - Email format designed by advertiser (example: additional images dispersed throughout text).
Email Frequency & Timing
- Advertisers may purchase 1 email per calendar month (maximum of two (2) dedicated email sends per campaign or event).
- If purchasing multiple emails, the emails must be scheduled at least 14 days apart to avoid overwhelming our members and to maintain high engagement rates.
- If a second email is requested, the second email must include updated or refreshed content.
Advance Scheduling
- We are able to send a limited number of promotional emails per week. We reserve the right to deny or reschedule requests based on calendar availability or member communication volume.
- To reserve your preferred send dates, we request that all materials and scheduling preferences be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the first scheduled email.
Website Homepage Ad - $100 for 30 days
($50 for NASW members and Approved CE Providers)
Square image posted on the NASW-CO homepage that links to advertiser’s website.
Member Newsletter Ad - $50
($25 for NASW members and Approved CE Providers)
Image appearing in a Chapter email newsletter, with link to advertiser’s website. Our quarterly newsletter is sent to about 1,700 NASW members and will be scheduled by NASW Colorado. Please note this option is not always available, and depends on when the next newsletter is scheduled to be sent.
Paid Social Media Post - $25 per post
Post on the Chapter Facebook and Instagram accounts. Ads can include 1 image (.png or .jpg), text, and a url. The image should be the dimensions of a standard Instagram post (1080 px by 1080 px). Additional images can be included for $10 per image (maximum of 10 images total per post).
Mailing List Rental (physical addresses) - $200 for one time use ($100 for NASW members and Approved CE Providers)
One time use of the of the Chapter mailing list in order to send a physical mailing to Chapter members. This option reaches about 1,700 members. Address labels are provided as a pdf (using standard template for Avery 5160) that advertiser can print. Advertiser must sign an agreement stating that they will only use the list for a single mailing.
