Charge:
The Executive Committee is made up of the Board Officers (President, President-Elect, Vice President, and Secretary). It provides guidance to the Executive between Board meetings and may assist in developing agendas for Board meetings, and reviews preliminary budget and other financial proposals. The Executive Committee may also function as the Finance Committee. They meet at the discretion of the Board President, who is the Chair.
