  • Be able to name at least 2 important variables in preparing for the first session
  • Understand the roles & responsibilities, and what makes an effective supervisor
  • Gain knowledge of how to structure the supervisory hour

  • Understand our roles and purpose as clinical supervisors

  • Understand stages of development and learning styles in clinical supervision
  • Be able to name common errors in clinical supervision
