Clinical Supervision for Licensure 101

This training builds on graduate-level social work skills and provides clinical supervisors with new tools to become more versatile in their roles. It is ideal for those interested in becoming clinical supervisors, or those who are new to clinical supervision. This is open to ALL mental health providers, not just MSWs, LCSWs, however the content is most specific to LCSWs.

The training addresses:

      • Supervisory roles and functions
      • Colorado State Regulatory (DORA) Requirements
      • Models of Effective Supervision and Ethical Implications
      • Strategies for Clinical Supervision and Best Practices for Individual and Group Supervision
      • Common Challenges to Prepare for in Clinical Supervision
      • Leadership and Concepts for Further Learning

Live Virtual Training  - 6 CEUs

  • Time: Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 1:30 pm - 4:45 pm MT & Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 9 am - 12:15 pm (must attend BOTH sessions to receive CE credit)

The NASW-CO Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Training is a FREE resource for all social workers who wish to foster growth and conversation on this topic in their workplace. Consisting of flexible videos and resources organized by topic, the NASW-CO JEDI Training is meant to be implemented in a manner that works best for you and your colleagues. Using the prepared materials provided by NASW-CO, you can facilitate this important training with a confident, knowledgeable foundation. CE Credit is available.
