Program Manager | Longmont Child and Family Team - Clinica Family Health and Wellness

Job Description: As our Manager of Child and Family services you will lead a team of specialized child and family experts. You will influence community and funding partners, provide advocacy, and provide education to your team to support their development.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: You will lead a multidisciplinary team who serves children, teens, and their families in a trauma informed clinical outpatient setting. You will use your clinical practice experience and rely on your systems knowledge to provide your team with guidance, direction and mentorship. Primary duties include: direct supervision of clinical staff, as well as direct supervision of supervisors; program development and budgetary oversight; and collaboration with systems such as schools, child welfare, and juvenile probation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work
  • Three (3+) years leading a professional level team in a community mental health environment or similar organization
  • Licensed LCSW
  • Expert in children, teens and families
  • Passionate about supporting staff and clients from diverse backgrounds and with diverse identities

Compensation: $71,180 - $92,550 Annualized
